Drawing: Introductory Drawing and Colour Theory

Join Artist Ralph Temple and explore the foundations of drawing!
Participants will receive a thorough grounding in the basic principles of drawing. Ralph will cover topics such as perspective, contrast, composition and design, and everything in between!
In addition to basic drawing principles, Ralph will guide you through creating illusion and spacial depth through the use of fundamental colour theory techniques. You will learn to use colour to your advantage beyond decoration.
Ralph Temple holds a B.F.A. in sculpture, is a 37-year member of the Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour, a mixed media artist, art instructor, and a former museum technician and picture framer.
