Join artist Sharlene Arseneau for this three-week class focused on creating a beautiful, vintage-inspired poppy!

This course will be held Wednesday evenings from 6 – 9 pm for 3 consecutive weeks beginning Wednesday, June 5^th, and ending Wednesday, June 19^th.

Spring and all its glorious colours shine through in this gorgeous floral and butterfly composition designed by Willow Wolfe and completed in Cobra Water Mixable Oil paints. That’s correct, water mixable; no toxic chemicals for thinning paint or cleaning brushes.  During this class you will learn all the basics for preparing the background of your surface, stenciling, how to transfer your drawing, and how to render a beautiful poppy using three basic oil blending techniques; pat blending, chisel blending and stippling. This class is open to painters of all levels.
