Kensington Art Supply is hosting its annual fall/winter market and we want YOU to join us!
Art markets are a fantastic way to celebrate the creativity within our community. We want to contribute to that by using our space to host low-barrier, handmade markets that support local artists!
This year’s Sweater Weather Art Market will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10 am to 5 pm.

The market will take place indoors at Kensington Art Supply. Store address: #120 6999 11 St SE Calgary.
KAS has two large studios inside where most vendor tables will be located.
Additionally, a limited number of tables will be set up right when you enter the store, available for an additional $5 fee on top of the standard $25 vendor fee.
The standard vendor fee is non-refundable at $25. If you’re unable to attend, the fee will not be returned.
If you applied for and got chosen for the tables upfront, there is an additional $5 fee.
KAS provides one 48″ x 32″ table and two chairs.
Vendors are responsible for their own payment processing, tablecloths, décor, and other setup.
Grid walls and racking are allowed.
Yes! Two vendors may share a table, but each vendor is limited to one table total. If you’re sharing, both artists must be included on the same application.
Yes. You or someone affiliated with you must be present for the full duration of the market—feel free to bring a buddy!
To keep the market accessible, all items must be priced at $200 or less.
No specific theme is required, but all vendors must fit into the categories listed on the application form below.
Please note that we do not accept MLMs, AI-generated art, or resellers.
You will have access to the space beginning at 9 am on market day.
Yes! We’ll supply both digital and physical marketing materials.
Posters will be available for those who’d like to hang them, and social media assets will also be provided.
KAS will promote the event through our platforms, and we strongly encourage vendors to promote as well!
Yes! The store has no stairs or ledges that require elevators or ramps. There is a sidewalk ramp south of the front door (between Purifi and Wolseley), and three washrooms are available on site.
Vendors applications close on September 1, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
If you are selected, we will let you know how to make your payment. The deadline to pay is on September 15, 2025.
